Security Requirements
Use only trusted PC’s (one that you control)
Ensure that the PC is fully patched (Microsoft and non-Microsoft software)
Ensure the PC is running up-to-date virus software
Ensure that no spyware is running on the PC
Before entering data, make sure the page is secure (look for the gold lock in the address bar)
Password protect your screensaver and set the screensaver timeout to 5 minutes (Wegmans corporate policy)
When complete, log off of the application and then log off of the PC
Do not share your UserId and password with anyone
Use strong passwords--8 characters long with alphabetic and numeric characters (Wegmans corporate policy)
Change your password every 60 days (Wegmans corporate policy)
